GEM Corporate is a construction and architecture company in Beirut, Lebanon established in 1972. General contractor for hospitals, schools, villas, and commercial buildings across Lebanon, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, and Nigeria.

The Merger

Two Firms. One Integrated Practice.

GEM Corporate is the product of two complementary Lebanese firms joining forces.

GEM Enterprise was established in 1972 as a general construction company in Beirut. Over five decades, it built hospitals, monasteries, schools, residential towers, and villas across Lebanon and the Gulf. The Rosary Schools network — constructed in Blat Jbeil, Kornet Al Hamra, Mansourieh, Abu Dhabi, and Kuwait City — represents one of the most extensive institutional construction programs by a single Lebanese contractor.

GEM Design was established in 2005 as an architectural design and finishing firm, known for luxury interior execution on the Habtoor Hotel, Metropolitan Club Achrafieh, and Hard Rock Café.

The merger created a fully integrated architecture, construction, and project management group under CEO Jean Gemayel.

Our Structure

Six Divisions. One Practice.

1. House of Concept (HOC)

Architectural design. Conceptual design, space planning, and aesthetic direction for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.

2. Executive Axes

Engineering coordination. Material selection, 3D execution drawings, shop drawings, permit acquisition, and design-to-construction continuity.

3. GEM Construction

General construction. Hospitals, schools, monasteries, residential buildings, villas. Heir to GEM Enterprise's 50-year legacy.

4. Renovation & Fit-Out

Apartment renovation, villa remodeling, and commercial fit-out. Full interior overhauls — kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.

5. Heritage Restoration

Traditional Lebanese house restoration, ecclesiastical buildings, roof tile replacement, stone masonry, and historic property conservation across Mount Lebanon.

6. Civil Specialties

Specialty applications. Waterproofing, protective coatings, anti-deterioration systems. Certified Sika, Fosroc, and Flowcrete applicator.

GEM Corporate is headquartered in Beirut with a project portfolio spanning six countries. Our construction division delivered institutional projects in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait. Our civil specialties team executed on mega-infrastructure in Doha, Lusail, and Ras Lafan.
